• 300g Waygu steak with nam jim jaew, cooked medium-rare, or Wagyu Rump 150 days Grain-fed 300g.
• Succulent pork belly adorned with tangy Viet slaw in shiso, caramel and red vinegar sauce.
• Miso-glazed octopus with pickled onion, tofu lime, and lime.
• Bite into premium banquet menus with large groups, and in complete privacy!

What packages can you book for your birthday celebrations?

• $75 per person includes shared entrees such as sticky Mekong lamb ribs, shared mains like yellow curry, Jasmine rice for a side, and mango coconut bavarois as an individual dessert.
• $85 per person covers prawn toast or betal leaf shared entrees, green chicken curry shared mains, roti peanut satay sauce for a side, and the mango coconut bavarois with white chocolate chantilly for dessert.
• $105 per person gives you and your guest tuna tartar or burrata for a shared entree,  pork belly or a 300g Angus scotch fillet for shared mains, Jasmine rice and roti for sides, or silken tofu cheesecake.

Private dining room menus at our restaurant are available for groups of 12 to 110 guests. Canape menus can be created on request, just ask our friendly team!

The Parlour

Is your gathering bigger than expected? As the centre of the venue, The Parlour is our main dining room space with a New York-style bar.

From soft blue and orange lighting to bright, the Parlour can be customised to your needs, and groups of over 150 can take to the parlour for private dining.
Fire up your Southeast Asian spread with the Fire Dancer cocktail, full of flavour and the perfect transition from dining room to party.

The Rumpus

Desire private rooms? Tucked away, the painted white brick interior with contemporary art really brings out the natural furniture, texture, and charm. It is a homely, yet club-like style room guests can decorate for a party.
With a capacity of 20 for seated dining, The Rumpus can be set up for many occasions, including social events, Hens, or 25th birthdays!

The Attic

Hidden away from the rest of The George, The Attic mimics an intimate lounge and relaxed atmosphere at home, overlooking the main Parlour. Brown-leather couches, blue carpets, and bronze curtains for privacy are the perfect backdrop for set menus with your favourite people.

As a semi-private space with a private bar and accommodating up to 12 seated, it’s the perfect place to relax with a Drinks Package with white wine, red wine, beer, cider, and sparkling.
